Looked up Wikimedia and then The Legend of Zelda. Don't know if this applies to the question, but appears this is a Nintendo game for play stations or whatever. Anyone else have any info to share on this one?!

yea it's from Zelda or whatever

. . if you want to look at it outside of video games it's basically an evil symbol of evil contained within purity and ascending. A symbol of the 'work of the ages' or the 'Great Work' - one plan of the evil doers to use the pure vessel infected with evil to ascend through the gate of Heaven (to try to kill God.)

If it was on somebody's house and they didn't put it there then MAYBE somebody thinks they can use it as a ritual portal to send demon entities into their house - a total subversion of free will that would not work if the people living there believe in God. (If they don't believe in God they should remove it immediately.)

My mother in law painted a picture of a Haida Thunderbird years ago and I am looking at it now and it looks like this picture you are asking about is a stylised version. Perhaps research what a Native Thunderbird symbolises or what part of the Native creation story it shares in history.
