The governor of Oregon signed Democrat (and even Republican) supported gun control legislation that would allow authorities to strip firearms from law-abiding citizens.

The bill, signed Wednesday by Gov. Kate Brown, would permit state authorities to seize the firearms of anyone who has been determined as a threat to themselves or others – without any judicial process at all.  (Any one could state ANY thing and it could be used to justify taking one's firearms.)

The 'intent' (?!) is to reduce the number of gun-related suicides which has been on the rise recently in the state, but Second Amendment advocates were incensed.

The legislation supposedly closes two “loopholes” in the state’s gun laws. Currently, the state police have three days to figure out if a potential gun buyer has cleared a background check before the sale must go through. Now, that waiting period can extend indefinitely.

Another section would ban firearm possession – or allow confiscation – from anyone who has been the subject of a restraining order by filed by a significant other.

The Oregon Firearms Federation has criticized the new law, saying it would simply harass legitimate gun owners. The group’s director, Kevin Starrett, said allowing police to indefinitely delay a gun purchase would “eliminate the one small safeguard that protects a person’s right to have the means to protect themselves.”

Brown, a Demorat, signed the bill without comment on Wednesday, but in remarks to lawmakers, she said the law is the “best way that a person who is at risk of harming themselves or others is identified, while still ensuring their rights are protected by a court review.”
Of course, this is nonsense. You can’t take away someone’s rights, then force them to go to court after the fact to have them restored. Due process of law involves having a hearing and trial before one’s rights are taken away, not after.

The law does contain a provision prohibiting filing a false restraining order, Guns.com reports. Those filing one would be subject to up to a year in prison or a fine of $6,250.

“By allowing a law enforcement officer, family member, or household member to seek the [new law, it] would allow people who are not mental health professionals, who may be mistaken and who may only have minimal contact with the respondent to file a petition with the court and testify on the respondent’s state of mind,” the NRA’s legislative lobby arm said.

Last month, the dangers of this kind of law are rather ominous:

When a person is arrested for a crime, they are informed of the crime they are being charged with and informed of the rights that they have during the arrest process. They are temporarily held in a jail cell until they have a hearing in front of a judge. The judge can then grant bail until a trial date is set. That person’s rights are not completely restricted unless a verdict of guilty is reached by a jury.

While being arrested for a crime is not a fun situation, you are not immediately locked up in a cage for years without having your day in court and the right to legal representation to argue your case. But in Oregon (as well as in California for the past several years), that foundational component of law is being thrown out. While ostensibly for benign purposes, the potential for arbitrary enforcement of this kind of law is a danger too great to risk.

This man is a professional activist and social engineer who whips up big events on the world’s stage in order to achieve highly visible outcomes that can be seized by the mainstream media to condemn Trump supporters by labeling them all racists and “KKK.”

Much of the organized Left is funded either directly or indirectly by George Soros, the same radical left-wing operator who undercut freedom and liberty across numerous European countries. He’s the funding source behind ThinkProgress and 200+ other radical left-wing groups that constantly lie, defame and smear conservatives in order to sow hatred and division. 

Radical Alt-Right groups, similarly, are led by operatives who are very often working directly for the CIA and FBI. Nearly all the KKK racism you see on the news is contrived, elaborate theater carried out by these operatives. -  re-enacted camera shoots repeatedly until the production team was satisfied.

The production team even paid for material and equipment to construct and burn wooden crosses and Nazi swastikas, according to multiple sources including Richard Nichols, who is one of the featured subjects of the documentary series as the Grand Dragon of a KKK cell known as the Tennessee White Knights of the Invisible Empire. 

He also said he was encouraged by a producer to use the epithet “nigger” in interviews.  “We were betrayed by the producers and A&E,” said Nichols. “It was all made up—pretty much everything we said and did was fake and because that is what the film people told us to do and say.”

Meanwhile, the media is using the hatred and division to try to dethrone President Trump, and Antifa is using the chaos to push for its goal to terrorize America while overthrowing the government and installing communism.

All Americans need to ask themselves a very important question. Who really runs this country? 

Supposedly the answer is us, which is what we’ve been told our entire lives, but that’s becoming increasingly hard to believe as time goes on. How can ordinary law abiding Americans be running this show if our elections appear to be a total sham? 

We live in a country where the voter rolls seem to be stacked with illegal immigrants and dead people, and our voting machines are shockingly easy to hack. And not only that, but states like California have hundreds of thousands more registered voters than eligible voters.
It’s not just California that has this problem either. 

According to Judicial Watch, there are hundreds of counties across the country run by both Democrats and Republicans which have failed to remove millions of “ghost” voters from the registration rolls.

Some 3.5 million more people are registered to vote in the U.S. than are alive among America’s adult citizens. Such staggering inaccuracy is an engraved invitation to voter fraud.  

The Election Integrity Project of Judicial Watch — a Washington-based legal-watchdog group — analyzed data from the U.S. Census Bureau’s 2011–2015 American Community Survey and last month’s statistics from the federal Election Assistance Commission. The latter included figures provided by 38 states. According to Judicial Watch, eleven states gave the EAC insufficient or questionable information. Pennsylvania’s legitimate numbers place it just below the over-registration threshold. 

My tabulation of Judicial Watch’s state-by-state results yielded 462 counties where the registration rate exceeded 100 percent. There were 3,551,760 more people registered to vote than adult U.S. citizens who inhabit these counties.

Though California appears to be the most egregious example by containing roughly half of these ghost voters, the other half are shared by dozens of states. 

And many of these states were won by either Hillary or Trump in the last election by a margin that is less than the number of ghost voters on the registration rolls.

President Donald J. Trump’s supporters might be intrigued to learn that Hillary Clinton’s margins of victory in Colorado (136,386) and New Hampshire (2,736) were lower than the numbers of ghost voters in those states.

Clinton’s fans should know that Trump won Michigan (10,704) and North Carolina (173,315) by fewer ballots than ghost voters in those states.
 
We’ll probably never know if the elections in these states were rigged, but one thing is absolutely clear. At this point, election results shouldn’t be taken at face value ever again. Whoever is running our country and determining which politicians win elections, it sure doesn’t look like its you or me.

As more time passes and people begin seriously looking into the problem of voter fraud, President Donald J. Trump’s charge last November that “millions” of people may have voted illegally in the 2016 election is proving true.

A new bombshell report from the Government
Accountability Institute proves why Trump was correct to appoint an Advisory Committee on Election Integrity to probe and determine the scope of voter fraud.
 
As reported by the Daily Signal, “the institute concluded in its report that thousands of votes in the 2016 election were illegal duplicate votes from people who registered and voted in more than one state.”

The institute, founded by “Clinton Cash” author Peter Schweizer, was set up to “investigate and expose crony capitalism, misuse of taxpayer monies, and other governmental corruption or malfeasance.”

Obviously, one of the issues the institute takes seriously is voter fraud.

The Daily Signal noted further:

Over the last few months, the institute sought to obtain “public voter information” from every state in order to search for duplicate votes. This is the same type of information the president’s election integrity commission has requested.

With this report, we may have a clue as to why some states are resisting providing this data.

The group managed to obtain voter registration and voter history information from just 21 states.  Some states freely shared their information but “others impose exorbitant costs or refuse to comply with voter information requests,” the institute noted — an outrage given that voter data, while containing private information, also should be publicly verifiable so as to ensure the integrity of elections.

But of the data received from the 21 states, which represent “about 17 percent of all possible state-to-state comparison combinations,” the institute was able to compare lists and extract some alarming numbers. 

Using an “extremely conservative matching approach that sought only to identify two votes cast in the same legal name,” researchers discovered that 8,471 votes in 2016 were “highly likely” to be duplicates. If that figure was extrapolated to all 50 states — again, using the conservative approach — it would amount to something like 45,000 duplicate votes. 

And while that isn’t the “millions” Trump claimed, we have to remember that voter registration data systems are different in each state, and some are more, shall we say, responsible with their records.

Plus, there are some states, including the most populous among them (California and New York), that are run by Left-wing Democrats who traditionally fight against any efforts to clean up and verify voter registration lists and data.  

Also, these states make it much easier for fraud to exist by granting privileges like driver’s licenses to non-citizens. So it is not beyond the realm of possibility that voter registration rolls in these and other states run by like-minded politicians are highly suspect.

The Daily Signal noted that the 45,000 illegal duplicate votes “is the low end of the spectrum” and would not account for other types of potential voter fraud — including voting by non-citizens and felons, as well as fraud associated with absentee ballots.

According to the Government Accountability Institute’s researchers, “the probability of correctly matching two records with the same name, birthdate, and Social Security number is close to 100 percent.” Indeed, they continued, “using these match points will result in virtually zero false positives.” 

Consider:

To put this number of fraudulent votes in perspective, Hillary Clinton won New Hampshire by fewer than 3,000 votes out of over 700,000 cast. Just this number of duplicate votes alone has the power to swing state results and, in turn, elections.

So Hillary won the electoral votes in a state she may well have lost.  We don’t know because New Hampshire was one of the states that refused to turn over voter registration data to the institute.

Trump will eventually be vindicated in this — just wait and see. And the Democrats will hate it the most.

These days there are few few things to admire about the socialist, bankrupt and culturally degenerating USA, but at least so far, one thing remains: the right to bare arms and use deadly force to defend one’s self and possessions.

This will probably come as a total shock to most of my Western readers but at one point Russia was one of the most heavily armed societies on earth. This was, of course, when we were free under the Tsar.   Weapons, from swords and spears to pistols, rifles and shotguns were everywhere common items.


People carried them concealed.  They carried them holstered. Fighting knives were a prominent part of many traditional attires and those little tubes crisis crossing on the costumes of Cossacks and various Caucasian peoples? Well, those are bullet holders for rifles.


Various armies, such as the Poles during the Смута (Times of Troubles), or Napoleon, or the Germans even as the Tsarist state collapsed under the weight of WW1 and Wall Street monies found that holding Russian lands was much much harder than taking them and taking was no easy walk in the park but a blood bath all its own. 

In holding, one faced an extremely well armed and aggressive population Hell bent on exterminating or driving out the aggressor.

This well armed population was what allowed the various White factions to rise up, no matter how disorganized politically and militarily they were in 1028 and wage a savage civil war against the Reds.

It should be noted that many of these armies were armed peasants, villagers, farmers and merchants, protecting their own. If it had not been for Washington’s clandestine support of and for the Reds, history would have gone quite differently.

Moscow fell, for example, not from a lack of weapons to defend it, but from the lying guile of the Reds. Ten thousand Reds took Moscow and were opposed only by some few hundreds of officer cadets and their instructors.  Even then the battle was fierce and losses high. However, in the city alone, at that time lived over 30,000 military officers (both active and retired), all with their own issued weapons and ammunition, plus tens of thousands of other citizens who were armed.

The Soviets promised to leave them all alone if they did not intervene. They did not and for that were asked afterwards to come register themselves and their weapons - where they were promptly shot. 

Of course being savages, murderers and liars does not mean being stupid and the Reds learned from their Civil War experience. One of the first things they did was to disarm the population.

From that point, mass repression, mass arrests, mass deportations, mass murder, mass starvation were all a safe game for the powers that were. The worst they had to fear was a pitchfork in the guts or a knife in the back or the occasional hunting rifle. Not much for soldiers.



To this day, with the Soviet Union now dead 21 years, with a whole generation born and raised to adulthood without the SU, we are still denied our basic and traditional rights to self defense.

Why? We are told that everyone would just start shooting each other and crime would be every where …. but criminals are still armed and still murdering and too often, especially in the far regions, those criminals wear the uniforms of the police.

The fact that everyone would start shooting is also laughable when statistics are examined.

While President Putin pushes through reforms, the local authorities, especially in our vast hinterland, do not feel they need to act like they work for the people. They do as they please, a tyrannical class who knows they have absolutely nothing to fear from a relatively unarmed population. This in turn breeds not respect but absolute contempt and often enough, criminal abuse.

Bill Of Rights Are Unalienable Rights. They are NOT Inalienable Rights. Inalienable Rights are a legal ease trapping in the court system. Know Your Rights.

For those of us fighting to protect traditional rights from the World Gang Association, the US 2nd Amendment is a rare light in an ever darkening room.

Governments will use the excuse of trying to protect the people from maniacs and crime but are, in reality, it is the bureaucrats protecting their power and position. In all cases where guns are banned, gun crime continues and often increases.

As for maniacs, be it nuts with cars (NYC, Chapel Hill NC), swords (Japan), knives (China) or home made bombs (every where), insane people strike. They throw acid (Pakistan, UK, and now the US!!).  They throw fire bombs (France).  They attack.


What is worse is that the best way to stop a maniac is not psychology or jail or “talking to them”.  It is a bullet in the head.  That is why they are a maniac because they are incapable of living in reality or stopping themselves.

The excuse that people will start shooting each other is also plain and silly. So it is our politicians saying that our society is full of incapable adolescents who can never be trusted? The, please explain how we can trust them or the police, who themselves grew up and came from the same culture?

There is a lot of desire to bad mouth the Tsar (in the united States - our President Trump) particularly by the Communists (cabal crime syndicate FORMER 'government')  who claim he (Trump) was a tyrant, and yet under him we were armed and under the progressives disarmed.

Oh, no, they do not.

What they hate is .......
- guns in the hands of those who are not marching in lock step of their ideology.
- guns in the hands of those who think for themselves and do not obey without question.
- guns in those whom they have slated for a barrel to the back of the ear.

So, do not fall for the false promises and do not extinguish the light that is left to allow humanity a measure of self respect (and self protection).
